No fear! The Ethos staff will give you all the tips and tricks for a fun and safety during an orientation of the gym and a fall test.

First Time at Ethos?
Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete your waiver or complete online in advance. Gym orientation and fall tests for first timers at Ethos will be done prior to introductions.
